Ramen and gyoza are some of the most popular foods in Japan, not only for natives, but for tourists as well. But sometimes these foods can be too heavy or not vegan- and halal-friendly. I think everyone should have a chance to enjoy Japanese cuisine, so I developed a healthy recipe compatible with vegan and halal diets. After meeting at HOTEL ICHIEI, we'll move to my private kitchen. We'll start out our class with a lecture about Japanese cuisine and lifestyle. Then we'll start cooking two different kinds of ramen broth, along with ramen and gyoza made from all-natural ingredients and seasonings, using my original recipe, which is healthy and easy to recreate at home.
