O que faremos

All my guests are welcome with a traditional Mexican "agua fresca" (Mexican drink) and a delicious Mexican nibble. Then we go through the menu and we learn about the Mexican ingredients we will use in the class, where they come from and where to find them in London. Then we cook for two hours. You do not need to be an experienced cook to come to my classes, but you do need to have some sort of knowledge of knives skills and cooking.

Lanches
You will be welcome with a Mexican nibble or antojito. I will provide all the ingredients we will need for the class including rare Mexican ingredients. Please do let me know in advance about any allergies you have or any dietary need in order to customize your class.

You will be welcome with a "Agua Fresca" which is a Mexican drink, usually made with fruit and agave syrup. Please let me know in advance about any allergies you have, so I can prepare the drink accordingly.
