I'll greet you with some Eastern Mediterranean delights and Turkish coffee before we begin our class with classic dishes that incorporate pastry skills, cooking with meat and vegetarian dishes. We'll do a whole morning's worth of cooking, creating 4 dishes that you'll sit down and enjoy for lunch before commencing with a relaxing afternoon cooking two more dishes and making a dessert together. All classes are entirely hands on, you do the cooking under my expert guidance, enjoy lunch together with specially paired wines and get to take home some goodies too. All classes are small and exclusive with between 4 and 6 people. We'll get to talk about our own life experiences too and share ideas for future growth and personal development as an addition to learning new cookery skills. All classes are held in my beautiful Folkestone kitchen.
