O que você fará

We will walk to a secluded beach in Hvar town (5 min walk from our meeting point) find a nice spot and prepare for our relaxation session. We will begin by some light stretching exercises based on Yoga, Tai Chi and Taoist bodywork. These exercises will help us ground and get the energy flowing to begin our day. These techniques are simple to practise and they are suitable for all levels. After the exercises we will begin our journey into meditation and relaxation techniques based on mindfulness, yoga nidra and visualisation techniques . These techniques are meant to bring us peace of mind and relax our nervous system. The beautiful seaside scenery and the sound of the waves will help us get into a relaxing state of mind with no difficulty. We will finish the session by sharing our feedback and enjoy the tranquility of Hvar nature. (seaside scenery, herbs, scents) Alltogether the session will last for 1.15 min This experience is designed for max. 4 persons to maintain good quality and so you can benefit from it the most. In case of rain, we will go to my family house and have the session on a covered terrace with a fascinating seaview :) Optional: it's also possible after the session to go together to a nearby cafe for more interaction over a refreshing smoothie! This I leave up to the group to decide :)

Hi, I'm Paula. I'm a massage therapist and meditation facilitator with background in Ayurveda and Taoist teachings. Hvar seaside scenery is a great opportunity to go together on this journey of relaxation, active meditation and light body stretching. My aim is to offer to you different relaxation&meditation techniques and then later you can see which ones resonate with you the most and use them when you need them to lower stress or silence your active mind. The techniques don't follow any religious phylosophy. They are my own compilation based on what works for me and for my clients. All welcome! Especially beginners in meditation. :)

On our way to the beach we will witness beautiful Hvar nature scenery, healing herbs and typical Meditarranean trees. We will also be able to see some famous town sights such as the Franciscan monastery and the Spanish fortress.
