Welcome to our low-intervention organic, biodynamic and natural wine tasting class!
If you love to pair food with wine, this is the perfect experience for you. During two hours, our chef Beppe will cook several tapas, from traditional ones to innovative, you will taste the most delicious tapas made with seasonal vegetables, organic meats and local seafood. Finally, every dish we’ll be paired with a different wine (written recipes will be available in order that you can reproduce everything at home).
You will be greeted with a refreshing natural Cava glass and an assortment of artisanal cheeses while you learn everything about local wines and how to pair it with delicious tapas cooked with organic and local EVO: wine and oil are the two pillars of Mediterranean gastronomy!
Afterwards, you will get a tapas sampler according to the season and the market, such as, patatas bravas, pan amb tomàquet and so on. Every tapa will be paired with two glasses of wine of small-scale winemakers using local grape varieties that you never tasted before.
To finish off, you will be served a Catalan custard cream paired with a sweet wine from one of the most prestigious wineries in Spain.
