I'm Jacopo. I grew up in a small town in Tuscany. When I was a kid I used to love the way my grandma's hands rolled out the pizza dough. Ever since I started walking I was devoted to being in the kitchen, trying each one of the ingredients she used. Now, a couple of years later, I am working in Eataly, and have decided to make you a part of my experience with our group of Pizzaioli . Eataly is about living the Italian way. Our goal is to demonstrate that high-quality Italian food and drink are handy. Our idea is simple: to gather under one roof high-quality food at sustainable and reasonable prices, celebrate Italian biodiversity, and create an informal, simple place to eat, shop, and learn. Eataly has been an Italian staple since 2007. The name stands for “Eating Italian” which combines Italy’s history and food culture.
