O que você fará

In this online experience, I start by sharing the story behind how and why I became a Buddhist monk and about my meditation practice. Next, we’ll do two types of meditation together.

First is a chanting mantra for 20 minutes. This type of meditation allows you to go deep into your practice. Next we will do a 10-minute breathing-out meditation. Afterwards, you’ll share your questions and reflections on the practice.

I am also happy to offer other meditations, such as meditation with a candle or mirror, Qigong, Sutra copying, and counting meditation, one of the basic Zen practices.

This chanting and meditation was SO interesting and relaxing. Kuniatsu took the time to explain the ‘why’, before the ‘how’. He is an entertaining storyteller and very friendly!

It was a great experience. The discussion the beginning really helped calm nerves about the experience. I appreciated that all guests were welcomed and brought in with kindness. Overall the experience is something I would recommend and intended to gift to others.

This was a wonderful experience! Our host was a great teacher, very friendly and funny. The chanting and breathing meditation we learned was fairly easy, so this would be a great introduction if you've never done meditation before. Thanks!
