This experience will start with a short intro during which we’ll get to know each other a little and review your routine and yoga experience. I'll tell you about my approach to yoga, and how it helps in a professional athlete's routine.

Then we'll move on to a yoga flow, which will include Shavasana — a guided meditation combined with visualization.

After yoga, we'll have some time for a Q&A. You can ask me whatever you’d like to know about my lifestyle, training regimen, nutrition, and daily life hacks (and how you can apply these strategies to your own life). We can also talk about the Olympian mindset, from goal setting to pursuing your dreams. Whatever you want to know, I’m here to help.

I'm an Olympic pole vaulter and finalist of the 2016 Rio Games. I'm currently actively training for 2021 Tokyo Olympics.

I’ve learned yoga, meditation and yoga philosophy from Yoga master Vladimir Kalabin, Buddhist monks, and image medicine master Xu Mingtan at Shaolin temple, and I've been practicing it for over 10 years.

I've been studying and practicing trigger point and myofascial release techniques for several years through my athlete's career.

I'm also a martial arts expert and one of two certified instructors of the Warfare Combat system in the U.S.

From these non-traditional approaches, I know how to sync with the body and the power around and within us. I've learned how to manifest consciousness to its full potential and help incorporate these lessons into your life.

I decided to sign up for this experience because I really enjoyed Pauls' Trigger Point Therapy class and knew that he would be a great yoga teacher. Since I was the only one in the class, we did trigger point therapy, mindful yoga, and meditation. It was very relaxing and great way to start my day. Pauls was a great guide and tailored the session to my level of knowledge, physical ability and life stage. Everything was well explained and well thought through. At the end of the session I'd learnt some new techniques and I felt relaxed and calm, but also re-energised. A very enjoyable experience.

It's so hard to find a truly spiritual and mindful yoga. This was the one I've been looking for! It included mindfulness practice, positive afformations meditation, visualization, breathing, yoga asanas that I've never seen and tried before. Paul's extensive knowledge on the spiritual side of yoga practice is impressive and hard to find. Especially for a person in his 20's! Pauls has this warm, kind, trusty and welcoming charisma that I find very important for a yoga and spiritual teacher. I highly appreciate that Pauls took the time to know his guests and whatever wishes or concerns they have. He then personalized the yoga flow and Savasana and triggered every guest's needs, including mine. Needless to say that I felt so happy, energized, confident and peaceful after the session. The Savasana had a hypnotic effect. Pauls told exactly what I needed to hear by using positive affirmations. I felt the tingling sensation in my body and managed to completely turn off my thoughts and mind. I can only imagine how magical would a private session be! Thank you so much, Pauls!
