We will do a fun HIIT or cardio session of approximately 40 mins.
The session is aimed at an intermediate level of fitness, however, there will be modified exercises for those who are trying it out for the first time. The session will be really visual, so do not worry about any lack of experience; you will pick up the moves in no time!
If you are struggling to feel motivated to improve your health, you want to lose weight, or you know you need to shift your MINDSET to maintain a healthier lifestyle, and you need some encouragement along the way, then I AM YOUR MAN!
After the hard work, there is some time for a chat and some Q&A. We can talk about my experiences as Deaf person who has gone mad for fitness, how to stay motivated, my experiences travelling around the world, or what it’s like balancing family life (I am the father of three children) with work and exercise.
If you are not a sign language user, you are still absolutely welcome to join, and maybe pick up some signs along the way! Just let me know in the comments section when booking, and I will make sure we have an interpreter booked for the session, to give you full access.
