O que você fará

10:00- Arrival, a chance to settle and introduce ourselves whilst we wait for everyone to arrive.

10:15- We will be starting the first 1hr session. This first session will be a vinyasa style movement practice with a short period of meditation to open and close.

11:15- Tea break

11:30- The second session will be slower- more of a yin style practice (not necessarily easy!) focused on releasing tension in the body. We will finish with some breathwork (pranayama) and a slightly longer meditation.

12:30- We will end the morning here.

I'm an RYT 200hr yoga alliance certified yoga teacher, trained in vinyasa and ashtanga yoga and have 12 months experience leading group sessions. I also have an ayurvedic massage, sports science qualification, and full insurance. I'm passionate about sharing yoga and meditation in a way that enriches our lives in today's busy and often stressful world, and also incorporates some of the more traditional elements of the practice. I teach in a way that suits the individual, so the aim is to fit the practice to the student and not the other way around!

My wife and I went to Phoebe's yoga retreat for our wedding anniversary. We hadn't tried anything like this as a couple before, but we both really enjoyed it. Phoebe was a fantastic host who made us instantly feel at ease. She tailored the session to our needs and experience and clearly had a huge amount of knowledge, whilst we were really impressed with how confidently she ran the session. A lovely day in a beautiful setting. Would love to do it again one day and would recommend to anyone, regardless of age/experience.

If you are interested in an afternoon experience rather than morning, this can also be arranged.
The class will be socially distanced in a clean, well-ventilated space. As the teacher, I will not be making physical adjustments- so I will be keeping to COVID-19 regulations.
