Our life philosophy is EAT ANYTHING, ANYWHERE. We like eating some of the best foods, in odd places. We will meet on the waterfront in Greenpoint, where we will tear into and slurp dozens of oysters, harvested by our oyster farmer friends, while looking over the East River and City skyline. You will learn how to properly shuck an oyster and will go home with a shucking knife of your own. The memories will be in the details. We will set up in "flash-mob" "pop-up" style along the water. Expect the unexpected.

I am a native New Englander with a passion for shucking oysters anywhere and everywhere. I am the owner of a "secret supper club" where we work closely with oyster farmers, chefs, artists, hospitality unicorns + performers. We like to throw parties in obscure places while making delicacies like oysters and caviar more approachable.

This experience will take place in the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn in WNYC Transmitter Park. This park looks over the East River with stunning views of midtown Manhattan. Greenpoint is home to cozy restaurants, funky bars, shops and artist warehouse lofts & galleries.

Nicole was fantastic! She had a great spread set up for our party right next to the water in the park and was very knowledgeable about shucking oysters. Very fun experience!

This is such a fun, special experience! Alexis is the best and goes out of her way to make it fun/ relaxed, while still actually teaching you a new skill. Shuck yeah! (sorry, had to)

Great experience and Alexis was a super cool host. Left with a new skill! You're going to want to include lobster rolls and caviar, which increases the $$$. But worth it.

This experience is amazing!!! Alexis was so much fun and her training was awesome. She brought some of the best oysters I ever had and made learning fun, funny & easy. If you are thinking of adding on something, you NEED the caviar. It was incredible!
