O que você fará

Disconnect and unplug from the city and enter a nourishing and healing haven that is sure to leave you feeling alive. We will take a leisurely walk through the trees and connect with the ground and tree energy in Toronto's biggest and most beautiful park- a historic attraction and home to an ancient Oak Tree Savannah. We will later walk to a more secluded part of the park- sheltered by trees in an enclosed area. where you will experience a small group yoga class under the canopy of the trees with an experienced yoga teacher. I will lead you through a 70 minute therapeutic hatha practice and meditation. The energy of the tall trees will support us. This practice will rejuvenate you and ignite you and you will feel deeply rooted to the ground that support the Oak trees. We will then picnic in a nearby location and enjoy a healthy light lunch of fresh local Ontario Farm Fresh Organic Goodness. This will be a great way to start your day in Toronto.

* Please note while this private experience is for up to 2 people, I am available for private bookings of larger groups. Contact me for info and larger group rates which can be arranged here on AirBnB. This is ideal for team building, family celebrations like birthdays/anniversaries and friend/family mindful reunions. I know how valuable your day and time is. I want to help make it great connecting to nature, yoga and health.

I am a student and teacher of yoga for over a decade. My training is steeped in the principles of Hatha Yoga and the individualized approach of Yoga Therapy.

As a yoga teacher I work with students of all levels of practice and create the conditions for them to let go of their multitasking everyday modern lives and find stillness. I invite students to recognize the internal holding patterns in their body and release them through the shapes and rhythms of practice. With cues, images and individual prompts, I invite students to go deeper inside themselves.

I am a nature lover at heart. When in the city in the Spring and Summer, I spend my mornings teaching and practising yoga in High Park- where I have lived for over a decade. I spend the afternoon and evenings visiting birds and other friends.

Onde você estará

We will first meet at the entrance of the biggest and beloved park the city offers. We will walk to a more secluded location that allows us appreciate the canopy of trees that surround us. After our class, we will sit in a comfortable location and enjoy a healthy, organic lunch.

Agnieszka is very warm and friendly. She’s mindfully present and knows High Park well, and this really helped me connect with the meditation and yoga.

Was truly a lovely time. Our walk through the park brought me to areas I'd never been before, and we spent a nice amount of time meditating and connecting with nature. The yoga itself was great, and I felt really light and refreshed afterwards! Agnieszka is very nice, and has that otherworldly presence yoga teachers often have, while still being happy to laugh and be open.

Was great experience having yoga on a natural place. I just recommend a little more excersive because was a basic practice. But still the experience was good and Agnieszka is always chating and make you feel welcome and good. The meditation wss amazing at the lake. Just note it doesn't include lunch it is just a snack.

It was very personable. It wasn’t rushed. The host was great at explaining what to expect. She was calm, welcoming and very pleasant. The mindful meditation session was done well including the yoga session. She is gentle and understanding with beginners. A small suggestion would be to ensure that session starts and ends on time and equipment as requested be available . I highly recommend this experience

The session was very helpful and relaxing. Despite me not being an active yoga practicing, Agnieszka made it easy and helped me do Asana at my own pace. Good session.

Agnieszka is a wonderful woman! She immediately made me feel very comfortable welcomed. We took a short walk around the park to get to know one another first and had amazing conversations. Next, we stopped at the pond and saw swans and ducks. Then, we found a relaxing spot to sit and we ate some delicious grapes before our yoga practice. Agnieszka put on relaxing music and guided me the whole way through the practice. She was helpful with tips and adjustments. Best way to start the morning!
