Be immersed in a fascinating trip to the San Pedro Market, where you’ll be introduced to a vast variety of local and ancient products. Later, we’ll invite you to our cozy cooking studio, located inside a colonial times house (two blocks away from the market), where you’ll step back in time to enjoy a modern Peruvian cooking class guided by a professional Peruvian chef. OUR MENUS 1. Aperitif: Passion fruit Sour. LUNCH MENU: 2. Appetizer: Nouveau Andean Classic Peruvian ceviche. 3. Main dish: Modern Quinoa Risotto, Tri-colored quinoa and Peruvian yellow chili risotto topped with a perfect sous vide poached egg. DINNER MENU 2. Appetizer: Nikkei Style Tiradito, Sashimi style fish marinated in a Japanese/Peruvian ponzu, avocados and cushuros. 3. Main dish: Quinoa crusted alpaca tenderloin with roasted tubers and Andean smoked chimichurri. 4. Dessert: Chirimoya and exotic fruits parfait, Have a taste of our best local fruits elegantly served as a parfait. 5. Moka brewed local coffee espressos, as a grand finale, have a taste of the best organic coffee produced in the Quillabamba valley. *All dishes are seasoned with Maras pink salt.

I’m a Peruvian chef trained in Sydney - Australia at the prestigious "Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts School". With work experience at high-end hotels and restaurants in Sydney and Miami and restaurant owner in Cusco. CO-HOST: Ricardo Rivera. From Lima - Peru, formally trained in hospitality, bartending and culinary art in one of the most prestigious culinary schools in Peru. I've been living in Cusco for the last 4 years and 3+ years teaching culinary experiences and sharing my culture with visitors. My goal is to show you the cultural diversity and richness of my country in our fully professionally equipped cooking studio, combining traditional Andean recipes and modern techniques giving our dishes a contemporary twist adapted to the most exquisite palates.

Where you'll be
We'll have a guided visit through the local San Pedro Market for one hour, where we'll get in touch with a vast variety of products and learn about the history of Peruvian gastronomy. Then, we will walk to our cooking studio located minutes away for a fully hands-on Modern Peruvian cooking class.
