A pacific Northwest farm to table dinner experience with a local food aficionado and gourmet cook of 30 years.
Learn how to cook:
• Course #1 - Locally made cheeses and charcuterie
• Course #2 – Fresh wild salmon caught in Northwest and Alaskan waters,
Varied local or “out of the garden” vegetables,
Potatoes from the eastern side of the state
• Course #3 – A palate cleansing salad of fresh, crisp local greens, tossed with
my signature dressing
• Course #4 – A dessert which will include hand-picked local berries
(blueberry, strawberry, raspberry or black berry).

As the class begins, we cajole our fresh ingredients together to work their magic. Preparing the meal will take about 1 hour.
Being a native of Washington State, my knowledge of the region is comprehensive, and full of personal experiences from each side of the mountains to all four corners of the state. You will have the opportunity to get to know what the region has to offer as well as its history. Day trip/handouts will be provided.
