The experience is about awakening your 5 senses, you will learn the few steps to make, shape and bake a baguette, make butter, and finally eat your masterpiece on the Lake during a wonderful lunch together!
We will start with coffee and Norwegian waffles: I was fortunate in my past to live in Norway for a few years and those waffles are very enjoyable with strawberry jam and home made whipped cream...This Norwegian breakfast will be a great time for all of us to get to know each other before starting the few workshops. We will knead and shape the baguettes, we will make the dough, we will make butter, we will learn sabrage, the art of opening a bottle of Champagne with a sabre, we will learn to score, steam and bake the baguettes and we will finally eat our creations in a wonderful sit down bistro lunch. We will have a choices of cured meats, cheeses and
devour our home made baguettes with our own organic butter.
