You'll start by having a welcome tea in our Manrique style reception area while Antonio explains what you'll be cooking on that day. Then, you'll be handed your apron and head to our kitchen to start preparing the sangria you'll be drinking during the experience. Then you'll make your very own paella rice on your cooking station.
Great news! You won't be peeling and cutting vegetables in our kitchen! You'll be working with local and organic products prepared in advance. That way, you won't waste time doing things that aren't teaching you any culinary technique. Along the way, Chef Antonio will share with you tips and tricks to take your cooking skills to a higher level.
With your homemade sangria in hand, you'll be able to take a break to visit our organic food garden and discover how we grow products in Lanzarote's desertic landscape. Once you're finished cooking, you'll enjoy your food with the other participants at the community table. If you're not hungry enough to finish everything you prepared, you'll be able to bring it home with you. Oh, and you'll keep your apron as a souvenir as well.
