1. Coming to OKOSTA
※The location is straight across from the Sheraton Hotel in Hiroshima station North side of gate. Please come 5-10 minutes before the time, so that we can start cooking on time.
2. Getting ready to cook Hiroshima Okonomiyaki
※We provide apron and Hachimaki (Japanese head cloth) for cooking. There’s literally nothing to prepare by yourselves. After putting them on, please wash your hands at the sink.
※For your Hiroshima Okonomiyaki, you can choose one topping from five choices.(1.Dried Squid Tempura, 2.Green onions, 3.Tomato and Cheese, 4.Spicy Jalapeño, 5.Season special )
※If you choose Vegetarian/Vegan or Halal Hiroshima Okonomiyaki, you don’t have choice of toppings.
3. Start cooking Hiroshima Okonomiyaki with professional chef
※It’s about 30 minutes to cook. Please listen to your teacher chef carefully and don’t get hurt with hot griddles.
※You can eat your own cooked Hiroshima Okonomiyaki right after you cooked it. You also have a drink (It includes alcohol such as Hiroshima brand Sake!), Hiroshima’s local specialty; steamed oyster (You can substitute to a scallop or griddled mushrooms with cheese Tomato if you asked in advanced.) and a dessert. If you can't finish everything , we can wrap it up to go.
