Gain a deeper understanding of Cuba's history and culture in Soroa, an agricultural community 1 hour west of Havana. The adventure starts with a visit to an organic farm, where you'll learn about cultivation and taste fresh fruits, then ride on horseback to our host’s family home and cook a typical country meal. The next day, we’ll visit old French coffee plantations and cook a meal that was typical for Cuban slaves. After a trek through the beautiful hills of Soroa, we'll stop for lunch and Cuban rum at our host’s family house before making our way back to Havana.
