I will show you every secret to achieve an amazing pasta dough like in a Michelin star restaurant. I learn everything from my grandma, true pasta maker from Emilia Romagna (Bologna city). After many experience in Michelin star restaurant as a chef, I decide to open my experience on Airbnb to share my passion for pasta.
I going to start with a little introduction to the ingredients, I will give you a recipe book made just for you. After that we going to do the dough, I will teach you some different kind of closing ravioli, tortelli, cappellacci and a lot more.
A true experience on word of pasta, at the end we going to enjoy together a good plate of pasta.

This is a great experience and definitely worth the money. Everything was so delicious and we left super stuffed and slightly drunk! We had a blast!!!

Our pasta making experience was really enjoyable. We learnt loads about pasta making and got to sample some really delicious dishes. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to make and taste authentic Italian pasta. It was also excellent value for money!

The highlight of our trip and our favourite meal while in Florence was the meal we prepared ourselves with Michele! Due to a certain virus outbreak there were only the two of us in the class, but this didn't discourage him from sharing his pasta-making skills and giving us an amazing experience. It was fun, interesting, and most importantly - delicious!

We had such an enjoyable experience learning how to make authentic Italian pasta with Michele! He was a very welcoming host and taught us about the best techniques and ingredients to use for preparing a range of different pasta types. We were lucky enough to get a session with just the two of us, and it was a great hands-on experience, Michele is such a professional! We will definitely be trying out our new pasta-making skills when we get back to NZ :)

We were fortunate enough to be part of a small group (four people), which provided for a more intimate experience. Pasta making is challenging and labour intensive and a lot of fun; some successes and some epic fails in terms of presentation done in an entertaining and yet informative manner. Michele was very skilled and good at teaching beginners the technique of making pasta in a friendly way, and the payoff of enjoying the pasta with four different sauces (made together) was fantastic. A highly enjoyable experience and definitely recommended.

Brilliant pasta class! We learnt loads of little tips and tricks and left feeling like confident pasta makers. There were some nice touches such as being taught how to make the sauces and cook the sauces properly. We made more than we could eat and had the option to take it home with us. Definitely recommend!
