The price is for 2 people (1 couple will pay $150. Contact me for a third person)
In this complete hands-on baking class, you will learn all the secrets to succeed with macarons.
You will make, from scratch, chocolate, strawberry and lemon macarons.
First you will make the chocolate ganache, the fruit curds and then you will prepare the shells. You will be making the French meringue, mixing the delicate almond batter, pipping the shells.
You will leave with about 30 macarons par couple and the recipe!
Children 9+ can take the class with an adult (both, adult and child have to pay for the class)

Born and raised in “Alsace”, North East of France, I learned the love of cooking from my mother and grandmother. Then I moved to the “Cote d’Azur”, where I got married and raised my daughters in my French culinary tradition.
10 years ago, we moved to the United States where I pursued my career as school teacher.
When my daughters left for college, it became time to put together my 2 passions: food and teaching.
That is how I decided to found my own business which offers baking and cooking class for everyone, even for kids 2+
