Staying in beautiful accommodation by the beach, we will provide you with a surfing & yoga experience that will help you to relax and unwind from the stresses of everyday life. Start each day with guided Vinyasa Flow yoga sessions in the house or private garden, followed by a light and healthy breakfast. Feeling energised, it’s time to suit up, head down to the beach and hit the surf with your surfing instructor. Learn how to glide along the Cornish waves at one of Cornwall’s best surfing beaches. Then it’s time for a healthy brunch and feedback from your surfing session with Freewave’s Head Surfing Coach.
The afternoon is free for you to kick back on a sun lounger, read a book, take a walk or head back into the sea for a swim… it’s your time, it’s your choice! As the evening draws in, relax and rejuvenate your body with some restorative yoga on the golden sand of the beach or in a quiet spot on the cliffs. Eat well throughout your stay with a prepared meal on arrival, breakfast, brunch, afternoon tea and some healthy snacks and juice along the way. End your stay with a private bbq on the beach or in the garden with something fizzy!
