-I´ll show you ingredients from traditional Basque gastronomy and we will locate them geographically in the territory of the seven Basque provinces, so you can tour the Basque Country through its gastronomic culture.
-We will cook and taste 6 of the most famous Pintxos of San Sebastián´s bars, while I tell you their stories, secrets and tips so you can cook like a local chef. They will be 2 bite "Basque tapas" that will include local ingredients as fish, pork, cheese, eggs, dairy products and vegetables. Dessert will include the original recipe of "the best Cheesecake in the World", from "La Viña" bar. It is possible to adapt the 6 pintxos for vegetarians, but because most of the ingredients in our culture are of animal origin, it is not a course suitable for vegans. Sorry.
-We will set up a little stand with different props for you to take beautiful photographs of the Pintxos you've prepared, so you can share your experience and new knowledge with family and friends.
