We provide the ingredients and know-how; all you have to do is roll up your sleeves and savor the experience: begin the day with an IN-DEPTH MARKET TOUR and select the finest produce; join me in my kitchen and learn RECIPES YOU CAN PREPARE BACK HOME; sit down at our dinner table and enjoy a well-earned feast!
Here in Mexico it’s all about variety. I’ve carefully designed the menu so guests can prepare everything back home, but we’ve also included several surprises (seasonal fruits and vegetables) which are sure to tantalize your taste buds. Surprises and menus vary slightly depending on the season, but this is what we usually offer: we teach our guests how to prepare handmade tortillas, tlacoyos, guacamole, agua de jamaica, salsa de molcajete, almond mole and hot chocolate (Mexican style). Class also includes a brief Tequila tasting (blanco, reposado, and añejo), as well as three additional shots of your favorite tequila. During October and November we will also be teaching you how to set up your own Day of the Dead altar!!
