Our pizza Chef will show you how to form the dough in a circular shape, adding your preferred seasonal toppings. You will then add your pizza into the oven and it will be ready in 5-10minutes!
The pizza base is made with a fresh tomato sauce. Typical pulpy and sweet tomato's from Naples. Naples is the birth place of the Pizza so the next topping is a typical ingredient from this region called mozzarella. Tomato, Mozzarella and Basil will make the Pizza Margherita - this pizza was named after 'Queen Margherita' who visited Naples over 200 years ago and loved Pizza.
You can add our local prosciutto crudo and fennel seed salami that is called Finocchiona. You can also choose from vegetable and other types of cheese to sprinkle over the top of your pizza.
After you have baked your pizza you can sit down withto enjoy your pizza with a local craft Beer.
