In the morning we will begin with an opening for the day’s activities and a short meditation instruction and practice to utilize for our time in nature, which will follow as we move to the specific location for the experience. Because there are multiple natural settings AND labyrinths in our city it would be redundant to describe each place as they are quite varied. A few examples however include the labyrinths at Chatham College, Kearns Spirituality Center and East Liberty Presbyterian Church. Some of the natural settings include Frick Park, Pittsburgh Botanic Garden, and North Park.
