O que você fará

We'll meet by EAGLE statue and start the morning with a fresh squeezed juice. After energising ourselves, we'll climb up a hill for cardio until we reach Maçka park. The session starts with the breathing method by WIM HOF; which is an alkaline and healing aid while completely relaxing the body, this will be the prelude for the meditation and visualisation segment. After the meditation, we'll head home and show you how to create your own Ayurvedic medicine with the ingredients at hand. I'll explain how to create 2 different and quite potent home remedies using only spices, plant derived ingredients adding 2 common organic oils. These remedies are preventive medicine which work as antioxidants and anti inflammatory amongst many other benefits. If time permits, we can do another short meditation while listening to high vibration music played at a healing frequency, or a brief introduction to energy healing transference session. Before finishing, we can drink tea & coffee with biscuits, fruits, yogurt and nuts or a vegan option. After preparing the Ayurveda paste (natural medicine) you'll take a sample of it home to have it as part of your nutritional diet. We'll take around 2.5 hr and if you are very hungry by now, I can recommend local places for brunch, or join my "VEGETARİAN food tour" or "coffee+shopping" experience. •You need to come with an empty stomach

I'm Andromeda; Mexican w/Spanish & French-Basque background I've studied in Thailand, Mexico, USA, Turkey & UK: Fine Art, classic photography, Tourism, languages and well-being methods, such as massage techniques: Shiatsu, Thai, reflexology, Deep-Tissue, Oil and reiki. Travelled to 70 countries, understand 7 languages. I love walking, cycling, outdoor sports, Frisbee n keeping active. I'm chilled, full of energy and love to laugh! I meditate w-visualisation, smtms incorporating breathing exercises using the Wim Hof method. To raise my vibration and healing energy; I became a vegetarian 6 years ago. Also I use some shamanistic knowledge from my home country of MEXICO. I'm what people commonly refer as a healer. I have worked as a freelance in several countries and constantly learning more methods, techniques and improving them.
