PillingerStreet is a recently renovated, immaculate and fully equipped three bedroom townhouse, located in the inner city suburb of Dynnyrne. Adjacent to beautiful Fitzroy Gardens, it is within easy walking distance to the Hobart CBD, Salamanca, the University and Sandy Bay.
The property has secure covered parking, a private rear terrace, lovely neighbours and is the perfect home-away-from-home.

PillingerStreet is a fully modernised 1920's townhouse located in a quiet one-way street.

On the ground floor off the entrance lobby is the iconically furnished sitting room with a gas fired fireplace, audio facility, bookshelves and games.
The open plan living/dining room is adjacent to to sitting room and leads to the exterior patio. It has a gas-fired fireplace and a smart television.
The exquisite kitchen is next to the dining room and is fully equipped for living away from home.
There is a powder-room near the stairs in the entrance lobby.

Upstairs is the main queen-sized bedroom with views of Mt Wellington and lots of afternoon sun. The luxurious linen and feather down doona are complemented by an electric blanket for the cooler months. There is a smart TV, panel heating and loads of in-built wardrobe space. Attached to this room is a very swish en-suite bathroom with a bath and includes a hairdryer.

Along the gallery are the second and third bedrooms, both queen-sized. The third bedroom has a microfibre doona for those who may be allergic to feather down. Both bedrooms have panel heating, electric blankets, large inbuilt wardrobes and window views.
