Privacy - Guests love having the farmhouse and the 10 acre property to themselves.

When you book the house, you are not sharing with anyone else.

It is booked exclusively for you and your group.

Total privacy & exclusivity.

Location - Bella Farmhouse is locates an easy 5 minute drive to the centre of The wineries but also only 5 minutes away from the town of Cessnock if you need the shops.

Spa - The outdoor spa is the perfect place to relax.

Firepit - The firepit is available when outdoor fires are allowed. Firewood supplied!!

BBQ - There’s a bbq area with an outdoor dining area.

Everything is supplied for your stay - you will find crisp, white, hotel quality linen on all beds. Towels including spa towels are also provided. Organic bathroom products, a selection of teas, coffee, olive oil, salt, pepper, jams and sauces are also available for you.

Kangaroos and Wildlife - we have a family of kangaroos that feed in the morning and afternoons down in our front paddock if you want to take photos from a distance.

10 private acres all to yourself!! All outdoor verandahs, lawns, gardens, outdoor jacuzzi, lounge room, dining, fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, full laundry facilities. Your own private country house in a quiet location just 5 minutes to the Vineyards.

If your booking is for 1 or 2 Guests = 1 Bedroom & 1 Bathroom is allocated and the other bedrooms closed off and not rented to anyone else.

If your booking is for 3 or 4 Guests = 2 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms are allocated and the other bedrooms closed off and not rented to anyone else.

If your booking is for 5 or 6 Guests = 3 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms are allocated and the other bedrooms closed off and not rented to anyone else.

If your booking is for 7 or 8 Guests = 4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms are allocated and not rented to anyone else.
