Enjoy these unbeatable mountain views while soaking up the sun next to the pool in this very private location! This newly remodeled custom home boasts brand new furniture with modern decor. Just a 5 minute walk to Old Town La Quinta and down the street from Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals. This Prime location is also only a couple miles away the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens.

Over 2,500 Sq. ft. of space on almost 1/2 an acre lot, this unique home has oversized bedrooms with vaulted ceilings. With plenty of room for extra people, 2 futons and 3 queen size luxury AeroBeds are available upon request. Each bedroom has a flat screen HD smart TV, black out blinds and an ensuite bathroom.

This property is located directly next to some beautiful mountain views. However please do not be tempted to access or climb the rocks, as they are not part of our property and belong to Coachella Valley Water District. Doing so would be trespassing on CVWD property, and could be very hazardous and could lead to serious injury or even death. By accepting this reservation you and all guests agree to using this property at your own risk and release the owners of all liability, and agree to abide by the rules mentioned in this listing.

KEEP CHILDREN AWAY FROM SPA AND POOL UNLESS THERE IS CONSTANT ADULT SUPERVISION. RENTER AGREES NOT TO HOLD OWNER’SS LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES, ACCIDENTS OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES AS RESULT OF POOL USE AND FROM OR AGAINST ANY OMISSION, NEGLECT, OR DEFAULT OF RENTER, RENTER’S GUESTS, LICENSEES OR INVITEES.

RATES:
• Rates may be higher for holidays and special events with at least 3-night minimum
• Optional pool heating is available at $50 per night.
• Pets are allowed fees start at $50
• Early/Late check-in and check-out is possible for an additional fee.
• Extra guest fee of $50 per person per night over 6 guests.
• Reservations that are 28 days+ are responsible for the utilities. A(URL HIDDEN) additional deposit may be required.
• This is a non-smoking home. If it is found that you (or your guests) have smoked inside, your security deposit will automatically be forfeited.

The pool is not fenced. Renters are responsible for children's water safety.
Sellar Vacation Rentals, LLC and the owners of this property are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY: All guests are required to maintain reasonable and respectful low noise levels - especially outdoors and in evening hours - in consideration of our neighbors. Violation will result in City fines or loss of lease and deposit.
Any unreasonable noise disturbances resulting in a call to our office from a neighbor, a visit by either the police or our office can result in a minimum $500.00 charge. Any Loud or Large Party or over-occupancy of home is strictly prohibited - and will result in immediate loss of lease and forfeiture of security deposit. Daytime and overnight occupancy limits for the home are strictly enforced.
The person who makes the reservation MUST occupy the house. And the house may not be rented for other people.
