Our Townhouse is perfectly situated in the up-and-coming Martin Street precinct. A few metres out the door and you can try out some of Melbourne's latest food offerings and bars. The Gardenvale Train Station is a two-minute walk, with frequent services to the city. You will be sharing a house with a family of adults, who will welcome you and ensure you have a most enjoyable stay

We are offering a clean and spacious queen-size bed in our family house.
The room is upstairs, along with the two other bedrooms and a large bathroom. There is also a second bathroom downstairs, which is rarely used. Our guests can use either.
The house is in excellent condition with a number of rooms guests can use. This includes the dining area (after dinner and / or during the day), along with lounge room and large-sized TV with Netflix.
There is an outdoor area with bench seats and a covered patio area, which is available and rarely used.

We will provide a front door key. There is only one entrance into the house.

Parking is generally available just outside the house, though is limited to 1 hour from 0800 to 1800. No time restrictions after 6pm. Conversely, the street diagonally opposite, has one side that has unrestricted parking 24 hours a day, as does the next street just around the corner.

The Bay is located at the end of Martin Street, which is about a 10-15 minute walk. Additional shopping strips include Glenhuntly Road in Elsternwick, and Bay and Church Streets in Brighton; all a either 1 or 2 stops away. Each of these streets include cinema complexes
