Fully equipped kitchen has fridge, microwave, blender, pots, pans, cooking utensils, plenty of room w/living space, large TV, Spectrum cable, WI-FI, closets/drawers & more! Located across the street from the beach, close to restaurants, shops & bars. 2nd floor, no elevator. One pet allowed, max of 25 lbs with a $50 pet fee. NOTICE: Airbnb collects state taxes, but does not collect our local & county taxes, so we have to add 11% to the cost of your stay

Great location! AC works great which is nice to come back to after hot days at the beach! Provide just about everything you'll need during your stay, including dishes, beach chairs, etc.

Beautiful - loved it!!! Excellent location - clean room. Top of the line service and amenities. Would definitely refer friends and family. . So much to do. We completely enjoyed!!!

Very hands on and nice quaint space right along the beach and in a great central location in walking distance of most places you’d want to go along the strip. Very competent and I would definitely come back.

Our condo was very clean and well- appointed. It’s very efficient, and the proximity to the beach was great. Rod and Rosa were quick to communicate things we needed to know while on the island, and gave great suggestions for activities and meals.

This place was a nice, very clean place. They allow access to everything inside. It stays nice and cool inside and very comfy. It's also not too far from the beach so that's a plus
