This lovely studio apartment is located at the top of Sozopol with a fantastic balcony view over the black sea.

Relax and enjoy your stay in this two floor studio apartment nicely decorated in a bright and modern Scandinavian style.

This cool apartment has an open highroof livingroom which connects the open bedroom and the livingroom.

LIVINGROOM
The livingroom has a stylish scandinavian sofa and a white diningtable for 4 people and artpaintings on the walls.

Feel free to use our Sonos music system and Apple TV.

OPEN BEDROOM
Upstairs you will find a 160 cm bed in the open bedroom area and a large closet.

SMALL BEDROOM
In the small bedroom you will find a 140 cm bed and a sliding door.
There is a small tv suitable for DVD´s only in the room.
The small room has an electric fan and 3 small windows.
Under the bed you will find a babycrib if needed.

BATHROOM
A Bulgarian style bathroom with separate shower and a build in hairdryer.

KITCHEN
A nice white kitchen which includes a microwave oven and a Nespresso coffeemaschine (remember to bring your own Nespresso coffee tabs, cannot be bought in Sozopol).
Toaster, Juicer, electric kettle, small refrigerator and a mini freezer.

Iron and irontable available in the closet.

BALCONY
Includes a fantastic view :-)
A table and chairs for 4 people +
Be aware of low terrace fence (apx. 105 cm) when bringing smaller kids, to the balcony.

Free Wired Internet access keeps you connected during your vaccation.

FAVORITE RESTAURANTS

There are many nice restaurants in the Old town of Sozopol.
We like "Blue Bay hotel restaurant", "Milo", "Zoy" and other local restaurants in the small streets of the old town.
But our favorite is Agur Agur with white decor and great Armenian food. Remember to book your table in advance at this tel. no.: +359 889383300

Next to Agur Agur you will line up for the best pancakes in town!

Another cosy place to dine is at "Paradise Bay" (restaurant/hotel). Which is a white decor outdoor restaurant a little further down the road apx. 5 min. dive south of Sozopol by taxi.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

When you arrive, you need to check in at the main reception after 15.00.

Here you will show your passports and receive your key for the apartment.

You need to pay 5 leva to get an accesscard for the main entries of the whole village area otherwise you cannot access the area from outside og get to the beach from the village.

Rent beachtowels
At the reception you can also rent beachtowels for your stay at 20 leva deposit each.

CHECK OUT

Remember to return the key at reception when checking out before 11.00.

Place all laundry (bedsheets, towels and kitchen dishtowels) at the floor inside next to the front door.

Keep safety sheets (pee sheets) at the beds.

Kindly help us and bring the balcony furniturecushions inside before leaving.

General cleaning of the apartment (empty the refrigerator, empty your bins, wash your dishes etc.)

Cleaning lady will do the final cleaning.
