Double bedroom in our home which is a beautiful Georgian townhouse, spread over 4 floors in a prime location in Liverpool City Centre, providing easy access to all that the city has to offer and just 2 mins walk from Lime Street Train Station.

*We have 1 parking space to rent during the week, and 2 spaces at the weekend, subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. Spaces cost £10 per day per space.

The bedroom is on the first floor of the property and faces out to the front. It has a desk and chair, double bed, bedside table and a built in wardrobe with chest of drawers. There are two large sash windows that have been secondary glazed. Next door is a fully equipped shower room and there is a further WC on the half landing. There is wifi throughout the whole house. There is also a TV and Amazon Firestick with access to Netflix and other TV apps. There is also a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Bed linen and towels are provided and if you require a hairdryer just ask!

The kitchen is available for guests to use during the day time but it's not available from 7pm onwards in order to respect our privacy.

PLEASE NOTE - Our preferred check-in times are between 1pm-12am, that way we can ensure your room is ready for you, HOWEVER if you need to check-in earlier we can be very flexible as we have a lock box installed so that guests can self-check-in before 1pm.

If you opt to self-check-in before 1pm, please note that it's possible that your room won't be ready for you, and in this case you're free to access the room, leave your bags and collect your keys. Once your room is cleaned and ready for you, we will message you and let you know.

There is a laundry room at the top of the house, which guests are welcome to use, subject to availability, for a £5 fee (per load).

We have 4 smaller rooms, 2 larger rooms and 1 ensuite bedroom - all of the rooms have double beds and can comfortably accommodate 2 people. There are two additional shower rooms and a separate WC on the upper floors. There is a laundry room at the very top of the house which guests are welcome to use for a £5 fee (per load).

Kitchen Rules

We kindly ask that people don’t use the kitchen to cook in after 7pm in order to give us some privacy.

If you want to get something that you’ve put in the guest fridge or get a glass of water then that’s absolutely fine, however, the cold taps in all the bathrooms and toilets are drinking water, and therefore perfectly safe to drink from and/or fill up your kettle with.

Noise Rules

We have a zero tolerance policy on excessive noise after the hours of 10pm, out of respect for us and for our other guests.

Any guests violating this policy will be asked to leave, immediately, and without exceptions or possibility of a refund.

Smoking

Smoking is absolutely forbidden anywhere within the building and that includes out of the windows. We have a centralised smoke detection system throughout the entire home which is highly sensitive. Anybody who sets off the alarm due to smoking will be fined £50 and may be also asked to leave the premises without possibility of refund.

If you do wish to smoke, then we ask that you don’t do it on the front door step as this will disturb our guests on the ground floor. We would much prefer that you smoke outside the back door in the car park, and preferably away from the door and the windows so that the smell doesn’t enter the house.

Our house is the perfect place to stay to explore Liverpool. We are approximately 5-10 minutes walk away from the main shopping areas of the city including Liverpool One, the museums, theatres, restaurants, universities and other attractions including the world famous waterfront and the city's fantastic night-life! The football stadiums are a short bus ride or taxi ride away. Round the corner is London Road, which is a main shopping street. There is a Tesco Express, Lidl and Costa Coffee, Subway and numerous other shops and cafés. There is no better location for your stay and as we live there too, we’re on hand to answer any questions you may have.
