'Seabreeze' is a stylish maisonette that offers comfortable accommodation and everything you could need for a relaxing getaway. Beautifully equipped 2 double bedroom apartment it's a perfect base for a weekend of shopping, eating out, exploring the New Forest and the local beaches. Located on the outskirts of Ringwood, close to cycle routes, Bournemouth and Salisbury and a host of nearby attractions. Our space is great for a stay-cation, as a work-from-home alternative, or for families.

RE: Coronavirus

We are delighted and excited to once again begin welcoming our Guests to the New Forest. We are very concerned with safety and well-being of our Guests. We follow enhanced cleaning protocol and here are a few highlights:
○ Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations
○ We wear protective gear (masks and gloves) to help prevent cross-contamination
○ We clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists
○ We provide extra cleaning supplies, so our guests can clean-as-you-stay

We would also recommend guests bring their own personal sanitizer to help maintain a safe environment.

'Seabreeze' is a first floor 2 double bedroom self-contained maisonette, tucked away at the bottom of a private driveway.

There is communal entrance shared with only 1 neighbour. A flight of stairs takes you to private yellow front door. As you enter the apartment to your left there is living / dining room, which has a comfortable corner sofa with plenty of cushions. There is a flat screen smart TV and Blu-Ray player with plenty of Blu-Ray movies to watch and excellent WiFi. There is also a dining table with space for 4, perfect for enjoying a home cooked brunch or dinner, or to answer some work emails.

Opposite the lounge is the kitchen, which has everything you'll need to cook: 4-ring hob, oven, integrated dishwasher, integrated fridge / freezer, integrated washing machine plus toaster and kettle. There’s also plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses, saucepans and cooking utensils.

To the right from the front door there are 2 double bedrooms, which have king size beds with fresh bed linen and towels. There is also storage and hanging space for your belongings. If required, we can provide a travel cot and a high chair for our youngest guests.

Next to the bedrooms is the bathroom, which comes with corner shower cubicle, wash hand basin with storage below as well as a heated towel rail and WC. We also provide shampoo and shower gel, in case you forget to pack it in your suitcase.

There is a private garden with a selection of shrubs and plants, big lawn area, raised decking / patio with sun chairs and a gas BBQ .

The apartment comes with 1 parking space for a car.

Dogs welcome. Please mention at the time of your booking if you are bringing your dog with you, and we will provide some extra towels for those muddy paws. Please note we don't allow dogs on furniture or on beds.

It’s the perfect break all year around; fantastic sunny days in the Summer and fabulous blustery days in the Winter - all with amazing views and great opportunities for healthy exploration.

Ringwood sits between two forests: Ringwood Forest with its wealth of pine trees and cycle paths includes Moors Valley Country Park, and the New Forest National Park, which offers thousands of acres of moor, heath and woodlands where ponies, donkeys and cattle roam free. You may also see wild deer, foxes, badger, rabbits and a wide variety of birds. Both forests are fantastic for exploring whether on foot, bike or horse.

Ringwood offers:

- A comprehensive range of shops both independently owned and national chains such as Phase Eight, Jaeger, Fat Face, Clarkes, W.H. Smith etc.
- A wealth of cafeterias and restaurants including Italian, Thai, Tapas and Indian; mainly independents but with a few chains such as Caffè Nero, Subway and Prezzo.
- Local pubs within walking distance and they offer a range of local ales.
- Three supermarkets: Waitrose, Sainsbury's and Iceland plus few local shops
- Coarse fishing on the River Avon; day tickets can be purchased from the tackle shops in West Street.
- Mountain bike off road trails in both forests and BMX obstacle course at Moors Valley.
- Spinnaker Sailing Club and New Forest Water Park within a few minutes' drive.
- Riding schools nearby offering hacks across the New Forest for both the beginner and the more experienced rider.
- 12 miles from Bournemouth and its award winning beaches and lively nightlife.
- 15 miles from Salisbury where you will find Stonehenge and the tallest Cathedral Spire in England.
- Half a dozen golf courses within a 10/15 minute drive.
- Two theme parks within 15 minutes drive: Paulton's Park and Adventure Wonderland.
- 30 mins drive from Poole and Sandbanks.

In terms of walks I could recommend a few places:
* Rockford Common just by the Moyles Court School - 5 mins drive from the apartment, very popular with walkers and dogs, vast open space and if you follow the path all the way down after about 35-45 mins you could reach The Red Shoot Inn pub. Further up the road there is The High Corner Inn pub where you can often find horses in their beer garden but that's probably a bit too far to walk from Rockford Common to be fair. Alternatively there is The Alice Lisle pub on your right on your way back to the apartment with a lovely lake setting;
* Another popular place is Picket Post and Vereley just off A31, about 10 mins drive from the apartment, both favourites with my dogs and me. On a sunny day you could see for miles and I've seen loads of deer in Vereley too. If you follow the road down from Picket Post you will end up in Burley and that's a lovely place for cream teas. The village is famous for witchcraft. Both the White Buck and the Queen's Head are great pubs too, White Buck particularly when the fire is on. The White Buck gets booked up really quickly, so making a reservation ahead would be recommended.
* Couple of miles up from Burley you could stop at the Wilverley Inclosure - the path goes in a circle and the walk is approx. 1h right through the forest. And it's so quiet too. Couple of miles from Wilverley on the left there is Horseshoe Bottom walk - another big open space with lovely views. And from there it's just a short drive to Brockenhurst and the Huntsman of Brockenhurst pub - very popular with tourists and locals. For a lovely evening dinner I could recommend the Pig in Brockenhurst.
* Finally one of the best places to see the old forest is probably the Deer Sanctuary in Bolderwood however that's 20-25 mins drive from the apartment. There is a viewing platform from where you could watch herd of deer, there is a lovely walk to explore the forest and the Bolderwood Arboretum Ornamental Drive road is as much the New Forest drive as you can get - it's full of bends and turns but it's worth the drive. And up from there just off A35 there is The Oak Inn pub in Bank or the Fox and Hound in Lyndhurst.
