If you are looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay in Calgary, we will be glad to welcome you :) We do not have expensive and exclusive stuff, but we tried to make it stylish and cozy. We hope you will enjoy our kingsize pillowtop mattress, "tropical torrent" shower and patio style balcony with Calgary Tower view. 2 LRT stations are 3 minutes walk (if you don't drive), free underground parking (if you drive). Real Canadian Superstore: 5 minutes walk. Tim Horton's in the same building.

The condo is located within the free fare LRT Downtown zone. The building features gym, sauna and racquet court, which are located on the fifth floor to the right of the elevators, at the very end of the hallway.

Coin operated washer/dryer is located on each floor and is next door to our condo.

We provide tea/coffee, light snacks, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and high speed wi-fi internet.

Our place is cleaned and sanitized by professional cleaners after each stay.

We provide keyless entry, no need to wait.

The condo is situated on the western edge of the Calgary’s East Village that boasts urban parks, RiverWalkTM, heritage buildings and just places to relax.

East Village is Calgary’s first neighborhood. George C. King Bridge connects East Village and St. Patrick’s island, a beautiful 31-acre “backyard”. As Calgary’s oldest neighborhood, East Village is home to a handful of heritage buildings. Historic landmarks from the turn of the previous century, one of which, the Simmons Building is part historical landmark, part community gathering place and part food lovers’ paradise, it is a unique culinary destination right in the heart of East Village. The former mattress factory is home to three of the city’s most sought-after gastronomic tenants: Charbar, Phil & Sebastian Coffee Roasters and Sidewalk Citizen Bakery. It is a 700 meters walk from the condo.

Just across the street from our building you will find a Budget Car and Truck Rental where you can rent a car.
