This Brand New Luxurious Downtown Condo is guaranteed to not only meet, but exceed your expectations! The condo can comfortably fit 4 people. The condo is located in the heart of downtown New Orleans, adjacent to The Waldorf Astoria Roosevelt Hotel, across the street from the Orpheum Theatre, only a block from the French Quarter, Saenger Theatre, and within walking distance to the Mercedes Benz Super Dome and Smoothie King Center.

Every booking is instantly confirmed. Every call or message is answered within minutes. Every home is equipped with crisp linens, high-speed Wi-Fi, and kitchen and bath essentials—everything you need for an exceptional stay. This beautifully decorated condo has an open floor plan with paoramic city views from the dining, living area and bedroom. The condo also boasts updated appliances and several upgrades for guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and silverware. Also the condo has a washer, dryer, central air and heat. The space is large enough to comfortably accommodate several guests. There is a sofa bed in the common area. This condo can comfortably fit 4 people. Upgrades include: Keurig, alarm clock, clothes iron, blow dryer, 49" smart tv in living area and bedroom. Roll away bed available upon request to accomodate additional guest.

Please be advised that due to COVID-19 and City restrictions, the following measures have been put in place and are being enforced to the fullest extent and monitored by City Officials. Safety for our guest and staff is our #1 priority.

1. We require all the names of guest that will be staying in the condo
2. Everyone over the age of 18 must present a valid government issued identification in order to enter the building
3. Arm bands will be issued to every registered guest. No visitors allowed. Only reserved guest that have registered will be permitted to enter the building
4. No mask, no entry
5. No parties, no events
6. No smoking in the unit or on the roof top. You must step 10 feet away from the building to smoke. If found in violation, the fine is $250 and you will be asked to leave, without refund
7. We are unable guarantee that amenities will be open and available for use. No concessions or discounts will be given due to amenity closings or limited hours.
8. The property is under 24 surveillance, staffed by security guards and New Orleans Police Department. Entry is heavily monitored and arm bands strictly enforced.

Please make sure your guest count is accurate and message all names of guest that will be in the unit. Remember, one arm band per register guest. Please stop by the front desk when entering to present identification and pick up arm bands. Guest without arm bands or masks will be asked to leave immediately.
