New renovation completed in June 2018. First time this unit is listed for rent. Decorator designed, modern mountain aesthetic to get you in the true Jackson, Wyoming spirit. Conveniently located in the heart of Town, the absolute best location. Walk to everything! (also free public bus directly across the street to take you to Teton Village (ski resort) or anywhere else. This location cannot be beat and either can the comfort and quality of the renovation, furnishings, and decor.

The condo is conveniently located in the heart of Town and is in the only green, healthy lifestyle, certified Silver LEED building in Jackson. Furthermore, this unit is a BRAND NEW renovation (just completed in June 2018) and marks the first time this amazing 2 bedroom condo is listed for rent. The fantastic location is literally just minutes (walking) from everything in Town (Town Square, restaurants, bars, shopping, Snow King, movie theater, etc). Parking is free and two short blocks away in the Town lot or on street directly in front of building. Park your car and walk everywhere!

This unit has central air conditioning (rare in Jackson) for your ultimate comfort. The unit features a very functional and modern Kitchenette (NOTE: there is NOT a full sized kitchen in the unit. The photos are accurate. There is NO stove or dishwasher or full size fridge. People living in this building, and visiting / renting will very much enjoy walking to the world class restaurants and bars downtown Jackson is famous for. At the same time, it is a great kitchenette with outdoor table and chairs (photographed) to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of an active day filled with hiking, fishing, golfing, skiing, mountain biking, etc. We offer an under-counter refrigerator for small items like wine, milk, yogurt, etc. The kitchenette also features a coffee maker, booking water for tea, microwave, sink and plates, wineglasses, silverware, etc. You could easily enjoy take out cuisine, leftovers, or light meals in this kitchenette and outdoor dining combination and leave the cooking to someone else while you’re away on vacation!

The unit has two (2) flat screen TV’s. The living room has a 65” Sony 4k smart tv (but NO cable channels). Please bring your Netflix, amazon prime, appleTV login credentials to enjoy streaming entertainment. The master bedroom has a 55” smart television that DOES have Cable channels as well.

In addition, the unit has FAST WiFi for the whole family to enjoy.
