This place is great for families, big groups, couples, solo adventurers, corporate and business travelers.
It is the perfect location for trips to see Redskins Games, Concerts, or Events at the stadium. The house is large and airy with a modern kitchen, large living room and dining area, with ample space for you and your guests.
The space is comfortably equipped with:

Guest access
Your reservation is for the entire main floor completely separate from the basement where I live and also includes access to the large space in the back.
Interaction with guests
Lets us know what you might need and I will do my best to accommodate!
I live in the basement I’m available as a resource to guests through the messaging and call system in Airbnb.
Monday to Wednesday, I will be prompt in responding to any requests or inquiries.
Thursday to Sunday I’m at work and will have limited access to my phone however will be avaible until 11 AM EST

We are not liable or responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises. We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind so please be sure to check for all belongings to ensure a great stay!
I live in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood please no parties or loud noise during stay. My neighbors are very quiet and respectful people.
