Any damages/stains on furnitures, appliances, bed linens and towels will be charged accordingly.

Also, please leave the unit clean and tidy, you will be charged an extra cleaning fee of 500php if we find the unit trashed.

We also accept long term stays.
We give out 5% discount for those who are staying 7 days or more.
And 10% for those who are staying 28 days or more.
