A two bedroom two bath ground floor condominium conveniently located between Vail and Beaver Creek on Highway 6. Minutes away from either one. Newly remodeled kitchen and new patio door. Access to the Eagle River for fishing. EagleVail golf course is less than 2 miles away. Fish in the morning and play golf in the afternoon. Nottingham Lake is 1.6 miles away, about a 5 minute drive. Located on a Eagle Valley bike path and ECO bus route. Includes free parking.

This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with mid-century modern inspired decor located on the ground floor with easy access from the parking lot. It has mountain views and access to the Eagle River, just across the parking lot. Conveniently located between Vail and Beaver Creek, the Elk parking lot for the shuttle to Beaver Creek is 1 mile away (about 2-3 minutes). Vail is 10 miles away, about a 15-20 minutes drive. It is about 1 mile from the center of Avon where you will find plenty of affordable options for dining, a grocery store, the Avon recreation center, and shopping (Avon Bakery and Deli, City Market, Christy Sports, and more). Avon offers locals and visitors many options for a more affordable Vail experience with plenty of free parking. We are close to Walmart (0.3 miles). The Eagle-Vail golf course is about a mile away.

There is a 55 inch HDTV in the living room and a 43 inch TV in the master bedroom with Roku. We have Xfinity cable and WiFi. There are no premium channels such as HBO. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The patio has a gas grill for barbecuing.

We are located on the Eagle River. During the summer go down to the river and enjoy relaxing next to the river or try your hand at fishing. At night open the windows and fall asleep to the sounds of the river.

An Eco bus stop is located in front of the complex on Highway 6. The bus will take you into Vail (East about 10 miles), to the Elk parking lot (west 1 mile) where you can catch the Beaver Creek shuttle. The Eco bus is $4 each way, or $8 for a 24 hour unlimited pass.

We want your stay in Eagle county to be enjoyable. The Eagle County Public Health and Evnironment department has established certain Covid-19 requirements Please be aware of the following information regarding Covid-19.

Please be aware of the Five Commitments to Containment.
1. I will maintain six feet of physical distance.
a. Physical distance is one of the most effective prevention measures.
b. I will keep this distance from any person who is not from my household.
2. I will wash my hands often.
a. Especially after visiting public settings, businesses, and before eating or touching my face.
3. I will cover my face in public.
a. I will wear a face covering whenever I may not be able to maintain my physical distance from others.
b. I will wear a face covering when entering an indoor public environment, like a grocery store or post office.
c. Face coverings are not a substitute for maintaining physical distance.
4. I will stay home when I am sick.
a. Isolating myself from others, including my household members, will help protect them and limit the spread.
5. I will get tested immediately if I have Symptoms.
a. Testing early after Symptoms develop can help prevent spreading COVID-19 to other people.

Special provisions for Non-local Residents visiting Eagle County
1. Any person that is not a Local Resident who travels to or visits Eagle County (“non-Local Resident”) must be free of any Symptoms consistent with COVID-19 before arrival.
2. Any non-Local Resident with symptoms consistent with COVID-19 in the 14 days prior to arrival in Eagle County must not travel to Eagle County.
3. Any non-Local Resident that has been exposed to someone confirmed to have COVID-19 in the 14 days prior to arrival in Eagle County must not travel to Eagle County.
4. All non-Local Residents will self-screen for Symptoms each morning during their travel within Eagle County.
5. All non-Local Residents that develop Symptoms consistent with COVID-19 during their travel within Eagle County will:
a. Adhere to Self-Isolation requirements in Section III(C)(1) above, even if this prolongs their stay in Eagle County at the traveler’s expense.
b. Contact a local healthcare provider for guidance and to schedule COVID-19 testing as quickly as possible.
6. All non-Local Residents that have been exposed to someone with Symptoms consistent with COVID-19 during their travel will:
a. Adhere to the Self-Quarantine requirements above, even if this
prolongs their stay in Eagle County and at the traveler’s expense.
b. If Symptoms consistent with COVID-19 develop during the quarantine period, the traveler must follow the requirements outlined above.

Face Coverings Required for Those Over the Age of Two
1. In addition to those requirements and recommendations contained in the Statewide Order and any applicable Executive Orders, all individuals over the age of two years old in Eagle County must wear Face Coverings when entering and inside any place of business, event, or public indoor environment, such as a retail store, grocery store, post office, library, government building, theater, and the like.
Exception - Face Coverings are not required:
a. When in public outdoor spaces unless six feet of physical distance from non-household members cannot be maintained over a period of 15 minutes or longer.
b. For persons under two years of age.
c. For individuals who are hearing impaired or otherwise disabled or who are communicating with someone who is hearing impaired or otherwise disabled and where the ability to see the mouth is essential to communication.
d. For child care centers or summer camps where state or Eagle County Industry Specific Guidance provides otherwise.
e. When seated for dining or consumption within a restaurant or bar.
f. Where wearing a Face Covering would inhibit an individual’s health due to an existing health condition.
g. When receiving personal or health services that require access to the mouth or nose, including but not limited to dentistry or dermatology.
h. When an individual is exercising alone, with others from their household, or when a face covering would interfere with the activity or safety equipment that should be worn during the activity.
i. Within an indoor workplace setting when the general public is not present AND persons can maintain at least 6 feet of physical distance from other people at all times.
j. Individuals who are giving a speech for broadcast or an audience and can maintain 25 feet of distance from guests or attendees.

Mary Ann and I live in Los Alamos New Mexico. I am originally from Colorado Springs, CO and she is from Albuquerque NM where we met and were married. We visit the Vail valley often to see our daughter, son-in-law and grandson.
