Phillips Cottage is a fully renovated Carriage house with original wood floors and 1921 large porcelain bath tub (no shower but has a sprayer). It is upstairs with a lovely view of the church and flower gardens. It is nestled in the Brick Street Village next door to Crafts & Quilting, Etc. and within walking distance is Angela’s Kitchen, Brady’s Coffee Shop and other shops. A Book Nook is downstairs for your reading pleasure and guests are invited to sit on the rock patio for quiet time.

Phillips Cottage is not suitable for Children due to the stairs and glass top table. No small children or infants. Limited to two people. No animals are allowed.

Our neighborhood is special because it has a wonderful coffee shop, restaurant, flower shop, pharmacy, cleaners and other retail shops. Bergfeld Park and The Children’s Park is within walking distance.

I’m next door Tuesday through Saturday at the shop and available anytime via cell for questions. Please be mindful of the shop’s handicapped parking on the right side of the parking lot.
