3. A charcoal Grill with a bag of grill coal;
4. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher and stove;
5. Washing machine;
6. Two out of three bedrooms have access to terrace;
7. There is complimentary Tea, Coffee and sugar waiting for each guest;
