The Apartment is a comfortable yet simple place, with unmatched value in Colchagua Valley. Not only are you getting a clean apartment, but also the help of an American citizen living in the area for 12 years. I have many contacts and I am happy to help with reservations and plans.

3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (jacuzzi and shower), kitchen, and living room. 1 sofa bed and 4 single beds. With free Wifi!
This apartment is located in the city center of Santa Cruz, Chile the heart of Colchagua Valley.
Use this apartment as your home base to explore the surrounding vineyards, cities, and restaurants. Vineyards within a 10 minute taxi or car ride include, Montes, Lapostolle, Montgrass, Vina Santa Cruz, Estampa, Los Vacos, and many others.
It is also a 3 minute walk to Casino Colchagua and the city plaza.
There are three supermarkets within 500 meters of the apartment. Our phone number is a United States recording service, but we are here living in Santa Cruz.
The neighborhood is very safe, and me and my wife lived in this apartment for two years before moving to a house nearby.
I have recently added wifi to the apartment.

Some people do not like the noise in the morning, as it is a downtown location and on a busy street. Cars start passing around 9am.
