No. 9 sleeps 4 in a quiet, bright, modern, spacious, split-level apartment. A very welcoming home from home, No.9 has a peaceful, central location. A 5 min stroll to the centre of Pitlochry, a 10 min walk to the station and it's adjacent to one of the town’s best cafes! A private outside area, private off street parking and free street parking give the property extra hassle-free comfort. Perfect for families, couples and small groups looking for a self-catering holiday base in Perthshire.

No. 9 has it's own private entrance and is accessed by a key safe with combination lock for your convenience.
Accommodation comprises:
Large open-plan Sitting Room/Kitchen/Dining area and Utility area with large, double glazed windows to the side and back flooding the space with natural light. For your comfort there is a LED TV with built in Freeview in this space (includes Netflix etc). The well equipped kitchen includes an oven & hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave plus a kettle and toaster of course! There is also a clothes airer/dryer provided for your use.
In the sitting room there are two large sofas and two comfy armchairs, providing plenty of choice of seating.
There are two double bedrooms with plenty of storage space, one with an open, en suite shower room and the other with a lockable, en suite bathroom. Bedroom one is on the first floor via a narrow staircase and includes another LED TV with FreeSat and bedroom two is on the ground floor.
Pitlochry Festival Theatre, Dam & famous salmon ladder are all within walking distance of No.9, as are the plentiful cafes, restaurants and shops that Pitlochry town centre has to offer.
Pitlochry's pretty Victorian railway station enjoys services between Glasgow, Edinburgh and Inverness as well as a daily service between London (King's Cross) and Inverness.
Unrestricted on-street parking to the front of the property and a dedicated off street parking space in the private car park, Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included

No Smoking
No. 9 is situated adjacent to the beautiful railway line serving Pitlochry, but do not let this put you off! This is Highland Perthshire after all, not Glasgow Central! 😁 Trains through Pitlochry are short in length and relatively infrequent and hardly make any noise inside the flat! If you're lucky you will get to see the stunning steam trains that travel this line.

The stairs to bedroom one are fairly narrow and wouldn't be suitable for people with mobility problems. However, bedroom two is fully accessible and there are no steps or stairs to this room on the ground floor.

The neighbourhood around No.9 is a safe, family friendly area. Immediately across the road you can find the Tourist Information centre, Police station, Library and the famous Heather Gems workshop and gift shop. Right next to No.9 is the wonderful Escape Route Café, and if you walk just down the road you'll find Pitlochry's stunning Atholl Palace Hotel, where you can indulge yourselves with their famous Afternoon Tea! The heart of Pitlochry's town with its beautiful shops and cafes is just a 5 minute stroll away.
Pitlochry's location at the heart of the Highlands makes it perfect for exploring the many attractions of this hugely scenic area. Take a 7 mile drive north and you will find Blair Castle, steeped in history with stunning grounds to explore. Keen walkers can climb Ben Vrackie or enjoy one of the many lower level walks that start from No.9's doorstep!
Wildlife enthusiasts can visit the Osprey hide near Dunkeld whilst for the more energetic, mountain biking, fishing, white water rafting and golfing are all available locally. Why not hire a bike from Escape Route next door?!
