We get the afternoon sun from every angle
  • WELCOME HOME!.
We had been searching for a loft in Winnipeg's historic Exchange District for more than 6 months. We toured every one that came up for sale. We were very fortunate to be able to find and buy this loft. It is an amazing space.
  • The kitchen with custom open shelving specifically designed to expose the brick
  • An office desk now occupies what once was the building's original elevator shaft...
The old hydraulic oil from the elevator has permanently stained the brick, giving a unique and historic patina to the bedroom
  • This wall was custom designed to reflect back the warmth and charm of the timbers and bricks, giving a sense of doubling the space.....
  • Open concept with 100 year old exposed Brick and Heavy Timbers. These are some of the architectural features that make this loft so inviting
  • Thank you very much Paul. We appreciate that guests like yourself experience how special this space is.
  • Dinner and company ready..
A perfect space for an intimate dinner or casual get together
  • Our Very First Review.
It was our pleasure Nicole
  • We get the afternoon sun from every angle
  • Our kitchen is fully stocked kitchen for any cooking or entertaining needs
  • We are fortunate to have a large island for prep and entertaining
  • Just for fun...
An old Luggage scale salvaged from a local hotel adds authenticity to the character of the loft.
  • Our favorite corner to relax in...
The veiw from this window overlooks other charming historic buildings. In the summer this street is a favorite for wedding photography
  • Very much appreciated Ruth
This family traveled from Florida to stay with us, and see the Elton John Concert as well :)
  • This original 1900's vault door was repurposed from another historic Exchange District building, reaching back to the fur trade.
  • ‚úį‚úį‚úį HALLMARK MOVIE Just Finished Filming Here‚úį‚úį‚úį
  • Looking from the hall into the master bedroom... The 3 pictures on the hall wall share a bit of the history of this building, constructed originally as a drygoods warehouse.
  • Office space of your own should your's be a work-related visit.
  • The master bedroom with a great view of other redeveloped 100-year-old heritage buildings
  • A queen-sized memory foam mattress with individual reading lamps offers a welcoming place to rest after a busy day.
  • One of our favorite views (the street, not the wine!)
  • Cozy second bedroom with a queen-size bed and memory foam mattress
  • The pictures share a story of other buildings and sights of the area
  • Evening reading by old pully style lamps
  • Large washroom with ensuite washer and dryer for your convenience. Future plans include a redesign to better reflect the character of the rest of the loft.
  • Even a turn of the century building needs Super fast WiFi
  • USB charger in every room, probably not original to the building :)
