This cozy 3 bedroom home is located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Brandon. Designed and personalized for your comfort and entertainment. Whether you're bringing your family, your pets or on a business trip, you'll feel at home in this comfy space. Minutes from all daily needs, restaurants, SOHO, dog park, Downtown Brandon. O espaço
The home is clean, cozy and serene. offers two living areas with smart TVs. Features a spacious bonus room with a sectional recliner and 60" tv with audio system and surround sound perfect for game or movie night. Main room has smart TV with access to some free local channels and free Netflix. There are two bedrooms with a full size bed in each, an office space/third bedroom with work desk and futon that folds down into a bed. Netted gazebo and an area for barbecuing and bbq supplies to sit out and enjoy the outdoor. Our yard is fenced in and we welcome well-behaved dogs.
Plenty of parking with one space covered.
Smoking is allowed but only outside. PLEASE no smoking in home. Smoking is permitted in front or backyard but PLEASE ensure the cigarette bud is completely diffused to prevent fires and placed in ashtrays provided.
