Slopeside Farmhouse steps from Mount Sunapee

Absolutey the closest property to Mount Sunapee! Once the 1806 Inn, this charming and historic private residence is available to rent during ski season, fall, and summer. With 5 bedrooms and 5 baths, you and your guests will have plenty of room to enjoy your stay in the Sunapee Region.

The main level of the home has a large well-equipped kitchen with a 6 burner stove, all appliances, center island with sink and additional seating. The adjoining dining room table seats 10-12 easily. There is a living room off the dining room with a sofa, love seat and easy chair. The house is equipped with TV, satellite reception and wireless internet. There is a TV in each bedroom for your convenience. Off the kitchen and dining area is a half bath and separate laundry room. Completing this level is a master bedroom with a queen bed and its own full bath. This is known as bedroom #1.

The upper level of the home has 4 more bedrooms and 4 baths. The bedrooms are numbered for your convenience. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, a love seat and its own bath with a shower.

Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds, a double futon, and its own bath with a shower. This bedroom has its own staircase from the lower level where the laundry room is.

Bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds, TV, and its own bath with a shower. Lastly, bedroom 5 has a king bed, TV, and its own bath with a shower.

There is a fenced in yard along the side of the house and in the front of the home is a beautifully landscaped patio with a fire pit. With plenty of parking, this is the perfect jumping off point to Mount Sunapee and to the State beach; this home is sure to be a crowd pleaser.
