The property is situated near the beach ( 150 meters) and its two stairs house with big Veranda. Upstairs one bed room and down stairs one bed room available.Attached , non attached bathroom facilities available in the property . Equipped kitchen and sitting room available. Its very quit place and suitable for relaxing .Lagoon also closer to the property. There is big compound with garden .Some other hotels are in neighborhood. The property is fully secured and privacy maintained.Clean and tidy

The property situated closer to the beach . Beautiful white sand beach and blue sea water . The sea and lagoon connecting area is closer to the property(1 KM) , could watch the sun rice and sun set.Also look around the fishing in the sea and lagoon .Famous Kallady beach is closer to the property ( 2 km). Bicycle and others transport arrangements will arranged as guest request.
In side the property, there enough space and Veranda for relaxing .Sand area also available within the property for siting and relaxing . Its a quit place and the villagers are friendly and helpful. English speaking care taker will be available for any assistance ,
