The stairs to the second floor are steep. They are original with the house and we added sturdy railings to make getting their use more comfortable. The duplex has one furnace and one Nest thermostat which is in this unit. And it has 3 additional temperature sensors on each floor so the furnace will balance the temperature in these four points. If you find that the temperature is a little outside of your comfort zone you can first try and opening/closing the vents and if that doesn't change it enough then you can message us and we can adjust it remotely.

You have the entire apartment to yourself and there is a back patio that we will be finishing in the spring that is for both units to share.
