Welcome to our hideaway; with private entry, off street private parking, not far from anything yet secluded enough to enjoy the peace and quiet.

The huge space is quite beautiful and inviting; peaceful and a real haven away from home. Don't be surprised if you don't want to leave.

This is a B&B space and does NOT include cooking facilities. Tea & coffee and microwave only. Guests are encouraged to eat out except for breakfast which you can provide for yourself or order (in advance).

Your room really is a suite, with king bed, lounge, flat screen TV, bar fridge a separate gorgeous dining/sitting room with toaster, kettle with quality tea & coffee, plunger, teapot. Large and inviting with all the comforts of home and little to fuss about. Recycled timber floors, quality towels and bed linen, lots of eclectic vintage and antiques.

The room includes a beautiful American styled shower bathroom; you can add spa use if that is your go for an additional $30 per spa per night payable directly.

Breakfast can be ordered for $40 for 2 incl an extended continental to your preference or $50 for a full hot breakfast for 2.

You are going to fall in love!

The space does NOT include any cooking or meal preparation facilities. We expect that guests staying in this accommodation are eating out, guests can prepare basic breakfasts and bring in take-away.

If you are searching for a more environmentally friendly accommodation option we are chemical free, use only environmentally sound washing practices, collecting our own fresh filtered rainwater.

If you wish to order the delicious breakfast, we can provide for GF, lactose free, vegetarian, vegan.

We are situated in the country at the end of a road next to open grassland and bush/treed area. It's really quiet and peaceful with native birds, chickens and ducks in the gardens.

The area is well known for its wine and beaches. Great cafes and craft breweries are within 2 klms.

We have been sharing our home with travellers from all over the world for many years.

We welcome you to our home with a view to sharing our space with lovely travellers from all over the world. We offer an inclusive and respectful abode for all.

Ourselves? We love gardening, travelling, the beach, bushwalking and natural medicine. We are pretty laid back about life and love having people stay. We hope that all guests are respectful of our home and ask that guests provide a drivers licence or passport & credit card details on arrival.

Our property: We use NO chemicals at all on the property and all work is done with manual labour (oh, and the lawn mower) we collect and use our own rainwater.

Breakfast: We have chickens and ducks and a full vegetable garden fondly named, ''Little Tuscany''.

If you wish to order breakfast, home made jam, fresh eggs and in season organic vegetables are grown & prepared here.
